Pat’s Point of View

I’m pleased, and more than a little nervous, to announce I’ll be on the Australian team for Full Code Press; a friendly international competition whereby teams will design and build a website for a charitable organisation in just 24 hours. And this year we’ll be in full view of CeBIT attendees!

This will be interesting from the point of view of user experience practice, but I have a few tricks up my sleeve.

I’m once again delighted to announce there will soon be a little addition to my family! Jenn is pregnant and we’re expecting our second bundle of joy in October 2009. This fairly sketchy ultrasound picture is bubs number 2.

This has kept us pretty busy lately–planning upgrades to house, car, furniture, not to mention taking care of a young toddler whilst pregnant. But I’m sure it’s just a taste of what’s to come with two kids.

So everyone who even jokingly volunteered to baby sit the first time around, we’ll be in touch in a few months :)
