I&#039;m in exactly that situation, stuck in between Marketing and IT. It&#039;s tough finding the balance between them and educating everyone along the way.

I think one of the reasons why us web geeks are stuck in the IT team as an after thought is because we are. We are a relatively new industry and a lot of places do not know how to handle us.</description>
