They screened Super Size Me on free-to-air in the UK last night. Damn that was funny. And kinda distrurbing the way some people are eating these days.

It got me thinking, how much McDonald’s have I ever eaten in one stretch? When I was a volunteer fire fighter we used to work for like 15 hours straight, outdoors in summer putting out bushfires etc. The quickest and cheapest way to feed a big bunch of “firies” would be to raid a local McDonald’s. So perhaps twice in one day.

Then on a recent holiday, fatigue, frustration and the language-barrier forced us to eat McDonalds for about 3 days in a row, but only once or twice a day.

And that was enough to make us feel like crap, imagine 3 a day for 30 days?
