Viva Las Vegas

We booked our tickets today; Vegas and LA in April! It’ll be great to actually be in places you read about or see on-screen.

The rough itinerary is:

  • Vegas for 5 days (staying at the MGM Grand)
  • Explore the casinos, catch a show
  • Tour the Grand Canyon
  • Drive a Mustang to LA
  • LA for 5 days (staying Beverly Hills, of course)
  • Shopping, sightseeing, shopping
  • Tour Warner Bros. studio

Can’t wait.

Little Bit Lost

Well here’s my first post.

I hope to be customising the look of this site very soon, I just have to get my head around developing my own theme. Doesn’t seem too hard, but I’m a bit lost at the moment. I need a good few hours to go through all the code.

In other news I’ve just been visiting starwars.com to check out what stuff they’re releasing for Episode III. Not much yet, just a teaser trailer and some screen savers (by the way I can’t believe they make you pay for screen savers and desktop wallpapers, it’s so commercialised!).

It will be cool to see the first trilogy completed, and the two trilogies finally stitched together. Will have to look into booking tickets soon. Luckily it’s released in May and not July or August when I’ll be busy travelling and moving back home to Australia. It would suck to miss the premiere for the sake of some holiday sun!
